Actually Bruce. you have sent me a lot of photos and I think they are well organized etc. Hmm? Well as best as I can.
Of course, I also have my own photos from the BLT and some of them I am not even sure who took what? I mean in a lot of the photos I have to wonder who took the picture.
Anyway I have a lot of photos from Billy Ventua and he really got some great flicks. Then I have photos from Pedro and some other guys when we were at Margo. Plus I’ve heard that Mr. Lt, Alan Green finally got off the phone and went to his foot locker and is now preparing to send some of his photos out.

Nothing worst than some Officer who Procrastinates! Hell. I expect that my officers are more squared away than me. However if there is a SURPRISE element when Al sends his photos, then I can wait it out, and so, I just hope he has a mug shot of me….Ha ha ha

Do you remember any of the guys in this photo I am sending? (I enlarged it and tried to me the contrast and lighting better. Hmm?)
It was taken when we were at Phu Bai as that is what the name was when you sent me all of them photos last year. But then since you sent so many flicks it is hard to be exact when talking about this stuff. Still a picture is worth a thousand words, so if you dont mind come back with a paragraph at least! ha ha

Serious. The trouble with these Email programs is that they are all different which means they show the photos in different ways. And a lot of times no one has any idea what the other person is saying or thinking. Damn! I remember when we had those PRC 25 and “most of the time” we knew what we were talking about.

I have had no luck (since my initial contact) in trying to communicate with Cary Cooper (e-mails and phone calls not returned) to get e-mail addresses and /or ph. #’s for Hoopman, Borgh, and Kipp. Kind of in a holding pattern with that. Rod, I sure hope Ken Fisak makes it to the reunion….he and Bob Dwyer took me under their wing when I first got in-country.

Hey Guys,
Does anyone remember where Jeff Franken and Forrest Hayes were from?? I’m working on my five names and I haven’t had any luck with this two platoon members. As you know, I’ve made contact with Frederick (Freddy) Johnson, Gordon Brown, and Ken Fisak, even though I had wrong email addresses. Eric, I believe you made contact with Gary Hoopman. I will call Frederick ad Ken tonight to see what their status is for the reunion. I will also follow up with the form letter that Coop emailed to us. I’m also working on those hot and tasty “Mexican Plates” and “Mariciaches” for the reunion. Once we receive an agenda from the Khe Sanh Vets, then I can work on ours so as to not interfere with each other.
